We’re looking for a passionate, creative marketing manager who’d like to join our growing team by the seaside promoting our busy and fast paced animation studio. We hand make puppets, have lots of plastic bricks and shoot stop-motion in our new shining studio: BUT we need someone who feels they can tell the world about it!

We’re on the look out for an individual who is passionate about what they do, interested in new trends and brings lots of enthusiasm and ideas to the table.

What we’d like you to be doing;

• Marketing Strategy: We have a strategy in place for this year, but are looking for someone to develop this further and craft future strategies. 
• Social Content: Manage and maintain our content across channels. Working with our marketing assistant.
• Website & SEO: Work together with our external Web and SEO teams to continue to develop strategies and enhance our digital performance. 
• Research & Report: Measure and report performance of all marketing.
• Email Marketing: Support sales team with mail lists. 
• PR & Events: Identify and work with industry press to write articles to shout about the exciting work we’ve been doing. We’d also love someone to keep up to date with relevant events and be on the lookout for any speaking opportunities. 

About You

• 3+ years experience working in marketing. 
• Knowledge of social channels, basic WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics.
• A can-do attitude and passion about marketing and new trends.
• The right to work in the UK. Unfortunately we can not offer Visa’s for this role. 
• Please note, this is an onsite position at our studios, therefore you should be located within a commutable distance of Margate.

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 DOE

A+C Studios is an animation studio that creates content for international advertising agencies and brands. If you are a freelance animator, model maker, model painter, animation set builder, fabricator or art director? A+C Studios would LOVE to hear from you. We have some exciting projects on our slate and we’re very close to putting out calls to assemble our teams. We’d love to know who’s available in the coming weeks & months and what your latest portfolios are looking like. Equally, our design and post-production departments are likely to need some support with everything on our slate, so freelance illustrators, 2D animators, clean-up artists, and editors please do reach out.

We’ll have a range of opportunities available… single day hires, week-long & month-long positions and seasonal contracts. We’re able to cater to people to commute into our Margate studios and work remotely, where possible. Equally, our team can help you secure short-to-medium-term accommodation in the local area, if you’re based further afield so you can spend your mornings and evenings taking in Kent’s historic Thanet coastline, whilst spending your days at the amazing A+C Studios.
