We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our animation studio by the sea! A+C is evolving quickly, with a growing body of work, ambitious plans, and plenty of stories to tell. 

This is a hands-on, ideas-driven role at the heart of a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be developing social content, planning campaigns, and finding smart, effective ways to get our animation in front of clients. 

We’re looking for someone who thinks creatively and strategically in equal measure. Someone who’s curious about what’s next and confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Marketing Strategy: We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about ideas and excited by the opportunity to shape and evolve our marketing strategy. You’ll take what we’ve started and build on it, bringing your own creativity and perspective to drive it forward. 
• Social Content: Own and elevate our LinkedIn and Instagram presence, creating and managing engaging content in collaboration with our Marketing Assistant. 
• Website & SEO: Take ownership of website content and performance, contributing to SEO efforts through blog writing and keyword optimisation, and work with our external team for ongoing site improvements. 
• Research and Report: Measure and report performance of all marketing. 
• PR & Events: Drive our presence across industry press by securing impactful coverage for our work, while spotting and pursuing the right events and speaking opportunities to amplify our voice. 

About You: 

• 3+ years working in B2B marketing, ideally in creative industries. 
• Knowledge of social channels, basic WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics. 
• A can-do attitude and passion about marketing and new trends.
• The right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we can not offer visas for this role. 
• Please note, this is an on-site position at our studios, you should be located within a commutable distance of Margate.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE

If you are a freelance animator, model maker, model painter, animation set builder, fabricator or art director? A+C Studios would LOVE to hear from you. We have some exciting projects on our slate and we’re very close to putting out calls to assemble our teams. We’d love to know who’s available in the coming weeks & months and what your latest portfolios are looking like. Equally, our design and post-production departments are likely to need some support with everything on our slate, so freelance illustrators, 2D animators, clean-up artists, and editors please do reach out.

We’ll have a range of opportunities available… single day hires, week-long & month-long positions and seasonal contracts. We’re able to cater to people to commute into our Margate studios and work remotely, where possible. Equally, our team can help you secure short-to-medium-term accommodation in the local area, if you’re based further afield so you can spend your mornings and evenings taking in Kent’s historic Thanet coastline, whilst spending your days at the amazing A+C Studios.
