World Oceans Day

It’s important to raise awareness about the importance of reducing plastic usage to keep our oceans clean. At our studio based in Margate, we share a deep connection with the sea and understand the impact of plastic pollution on our marine life. This is why we created our World Oceans Day production, a stop-motion film that highlights the need to take action to protect our oceans.

Using over 100 laser-cut stencils, we crafted a beautiful and captivating swimming dolphin that takes centre stage in our film. The animation process involved creating a 2D animation, which was then used to produce stencils that allowed the stop-motion animator to seamlessly swap out each piece of the animation frame by frame. The result is a stunning portrayal of the beauty of our oceans and the importance of taking care of them.

Our World Oceans Day production is more than just a film. It’s a call to action for everyone to do their part in reducing plastic usage and helping clear up our oceans. We hope that this film inspires individuals and organisations to make changes in their daily lives and take a stand against plastic pollution.
